Caitlin O'Hara is a Manager on the International Team at Cambridge Global Advisors, where she provides guidance to clients in the development and implementation of their programs, practices, and policies, with a special focus on cybersecurity.
Prior to joining CGA, Caitlin worked at The Soufan Center as the Project Coordinator for the Securing the Future Initiative, the first independent analysis of United Nations Security Council counterterrorism practices since 9/11. Previously, Caitlin worked in the public relations and marketing domains, where she helped clients tailor their messaging to reach a broad spectrum of audiences. For nearly a decade, Caitlin has served as an intercultural resource consultant helping clients develop the communication competencies needed to effectively navigate different cultural environments.
Caitlin earned her Masters in Public Policy at the University of Chicago's Harris School, where she received certificates in global security and policy analysis following her research on evidence-based approaches to evaluate the root causes of conflict. Caitlin holds a B.A. in International Studies with a focus on global economics from American University in Washington, D.C.
