Jess Hobbs Pifer is an analyst at Cambridge Global Advisors (CGA) with a robust background in foreign policy and international relations. She supports CGA’s domestic and international cybersecurity projects.

Jess holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees with high academic honors from Columbia University and Trinity College Dublin, where she studied Religion, and Middle Eastern and European Languages and Cultures, respectively. Jess also brings extensive experience from the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), where she supported the work of the Religion and Foreign Policy program.

Jess is a recipient of prestigious scholarships including a National Security Language Initiative for Youth (NSLI-Y) scholarship to study Arabic in Morocco, and the UPenn Young Scholars Scholarship. Her commitment to learning and global understanding is complemented by personal interests in travel, oil painting, and running.

A detail-oriented professional with a global perspective, Jessica continues to bridge cultural understanding through research, communication, and passionate engagement.
